These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and to the Emerald Vista Cabin guest text-messaging program. Emerald Vista Cabin is a vacation rental property in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, operated by Emerald Vista Cabin LLC, 2310 Arbol Way, Prosper, TX 75078.

Bookings

Stays are booked through Evolve or other booking platforms. Your reservation is governed by the rental agreement and house rules presented at booking and in the guest welcome book provided before your stay. In the event of a conflict, the rental agreement for your booking controls.

Text messaging program

Program: Emerald Vista Cabin guest messages.
What you will receive: By providing your mobile number when you make a reservation, you agree to receive reservation-related text messages from Emerald Vista Cabin, such as welcome and check-in details, information during your stay, and a checkout reminder. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
Frequency: Message frequency varies by stay; typically a few messages per reservation.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@emeraldvistacabin.com or (940) 290-7644.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a stay; you can reach us by email or phone instead.

Website use

Liability
